Adverse Weather Arrangement
Morning Session: If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is in force or issued at or after 6:30 a.m. on the day of the Conference, the morning session will be cancelled.
Afternoon Session: If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, remains in force or is issued at or after 11:50 a.m. on the day of the Conference, the morning session will be cancelled.
